- Companies in our corporate group
- Other financial service providers such as credit bureaus, insurance companies and other companies that we have joint marketing agreements with. (We will not disclose information about you to other financial service providers with which we have joint marketing agreements, other than as required or permitted by law, unless you authorize us to do so)
- Non financial service providers such as retailers, advertisers, airlines and companies that help us market our service

| Protecting Your Information |
| We do not sell customer information to third parties and we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law. |
- We restrict access to information about you to only those employees who need to know that information for business purposes.
- We carefully select and monitor the outside companies that we hire to perform services for us, such as mail vendors who send out our statements. We require them to keep customer information safe and secure, and do not allow them to use or share the information for any purpose other than the job they are hired to do.
- We have up-to-date physical safeguards, such as secure areas in buildings; electronic safeguards, such as passwords and encryption; and procedural safeguards, such as customer authentication procedures to prevent ID theft.

| Opting Out |
| You have the right to limit how we share information about you. You also have the right to limit solicitations from us. |
- You may tell us not to share personal information about you with outside companies, except we may disclose information as required or permitted by law. Required disclosures are made, for example, to outside auditors and banking regulators. Permitted disclosures are made, for example, to vendors assisting us in opening, maintaining or servicing your account.
- You may tell us not to share any credit data about you (i.e., financial data we get from credit bureaus or from you that helps us determine your eligibility for credit) within our corporate group of companies; we do not disclose credit data outside our corporate group of companies.
- You may tell us not to solicit you by mail, telephone or e-mail for products and services that are not directly related to your account and that are outside our regular communications with you (such as your monthly statement, customer service e-mails or when you call our customer service center). If you tell us not to solicit you, we will not allow information about you that is shared by affiliates within the PatientLink/B3Dental organization to be used for that purpose.
